IT'S ALL ABOUT WORK PLACE

Don't know where to start. Yeah seldom draft a blog posting this recently, my mind is keep on thinking something else. xoxo.. I just feel like I'm really busy since I started working in a new place but it's actually not, only my feeling and my mind keep on saying that I'm busy. 1 week of my working days in new place completed. Still lots of thing have to learn and to understand somehow I'll just try to explain little bit of my working environment based on this '1 week'.

Expected question, people (especially x-coleague) will ask: "How's your new working environment?" Overall, it is good and I'm happy. Working in every where will be the same, no where is perfect and there must be pro and contra.

1.

I miss my old coleague. Honestly, I'd met a big group of good friends there. Age is average with me while my current company, especially in my department, all are veterant. I repeat, ALL ARE VETERANT. All of them are friendly, it just that yeah I'm new, and tak ngam cerita. Well you know, young people always have a different topic with older generation. But I believe by joining their group, I will be more mature.

Because of my department all are veterant, they do their work very professional, very good team work and I believe that I will learn more things by joining their group.

Because of they are professional, all of them have a very BIG RM of salary that shocked me. My salary is just an ant compare to theirs but I'm surprise that in certain things, I have bigger power than them.

Bigger power? Means, bigger responsibility which stressed me. And I know I'm going to have more and more works.

My boss is good. He don't scold any staff and we freely to do anything. He say nothing even a single word but surely, he will write something in eveluation form later. hehehe.. I think he has a very good and smart strategy to control his staff.

Because of every staff are veterant, we doesn't need and have no spy in our office. What I mean here is, in some company there's always someone just like a satellite or CCTV, will busy body or love to make complaint to upper management. I believe this kind of things only happen in a company that has lots of young staffs and those who love to seek boss's attention. Seriously. Jealousy among young people is stronger, they like to do complaint but actually they are the one who also will take advantage when they have opportunity! It just that they have no upportunity, then they don't satisfied. Common! I'd ever been warned lots of time in my previous company, I followed the rules but at the end they did worse! I'd threw away my respect on those people and what they did is actually annoying. Those kind of people will go no way. Pandai cakap org tapi sendiri pon buat. Berani buat berani tanggung maa.. We do then we will responsible la. You are not boss not even HR but you just like to control others and act like a boss. Blah lah.. The more you control, the more people will fed up and broke the rules.

I'm a new staff, but they expected that I knew to do everything in the company. Gosh.. That stressed me too. Everyone in my previous company really have the patient to teach me in something but now it is not.

I surprised that I'd been given a very good place to sit. I suppose to show you the photo but my camera had been borrowed by someone so I only able to upload here later.

When I worked outside before, I always went to shopping mall. Now I'm working on upper floor of shopping mall, I never feel that I want to see things inside a shopping mall anymore. But that is good for me.

I like my current job somehow, I still really miss my old work place. I miss everyone there, learned lot of things there before and I know I will learn more things in my new work place. Really thanks to my previous company, I did and handle everything there before, learned lots of technical things and I'd just win few compliments in my current work place just within this 1 week. I'm proud and all my ex-coleague suppose to feel proud too coz they are the one who trained me.

And, I'm really thanks to my bf and my family too especially my siblings. I'm the one who get a new better job but they are the one who the most excited and happy. They'd adviced and support me a lot. Well people, it's true. We are strictly not recomended to work for a company for only a short period (only few months, record not nice) and not recomended to work in one place for too long time. We must change the environment and for us to learn more new things. Well, I understand that's only if we still young.

Anyway, thanks god. I know I'm lucky. Just wanna say that, everyone of us have to improve our life by keep on looking for a good opportunity. Yes sometime opportunity will come itself but most of the time, we should look for it. 10% is luck and 90% is effort. If you still young, go apply and look for a better job. Do it but don't rush. Once you apply, if you get it then it's your. If you don't, it's not yours, ignore it and try other places. Take time and for sure there will be something better for you. Good luck.
