RUBBER HAS GOOD PRICE

I have friends in rural area. Yeah I start keep in touch with them since I’d celebrated Christmas together with them. Related post is HERE. Most of them are rubber tapper.

I’d called one of them yesterday to ask how are they in kampung and they told me this:

“We worked hard to tap rubber, sold it to Lembaga Getah but we are not been paid directly. Lembaga Getah told us that they have no money to pay us and we have to wait for few weeks, even the private company told us that way. Our rubber trees are changing leaves at the moment too, we will get less rubber for this coming three months.”

“Why they have no money to pay you? Demand for rubber is so high and good price at the moment.”

“We had been told that, Lembaga Getah Sabah only get budget RM1 million per week to pay rubber tapper. They want to avoid robbery and we have to wait our turn to be paid.”

Wow.. I was so sorry to hear that. Kampung people have soft heart and they are not aggressive to fight but not suppose to take advantage on them. Even a normal gold shop is working hard to have a good security, why can’t Lembaga Getah? Rubber is so expensive at the moment and rubber from whole Sabah should can sell more than RM1 million.

Last time, Lembaga Getah come to rural area themselves to collect rubber weekly and paid cash to the rubber tapper. When rubber price was increased, some people know that Lembaga Getah staff holding and bringing big amount of cash, the staff been robbed. Then, they changed the system which the Lembaga Getah only come to kampong to collect rubber but rubber tappers have to come to Lembaga Getah’s office to collect their own money.

Now, even though rubber tappers come themselves to Lembaga Getah’s office, there is no payment for them. Just imagine those kampong people who lodge their pick-up truck, few hours journey to town and no payment for them. Where is their objective which saying that to help farmer or kampong people in rural area?

Pay them please.. Otherwise, take out the tyres of your car.

WHAT HAD HAPPEN NOW ADAYS

The purpose of this entry is just to let my readers know and be extra careful.
.
This happened to one of my x-collegue @ friend and just share the story here with you.
.
Last two weeks, the said friend went to ATM machine on a Saturday evening to withdraw money. What was happened, he unable to withdraw any and when he checked his balance of money in his account, it's only RM2 left. He was blured and thorny, where did his money gone?
.
The next Monday, he went to the head office of the bank to find out and settled his problem. Know what's the answer he get? The bank can't detect where and which account the money had gone, the only thing they can detect is a transaction code which the money been transfered to oversea via online banking. My friend never applied and used any online banking. The conclusion, his money is gone and he can't get back any of his money.
.
My thought:
1. As my knowledge, transaction to oversea ONLY CAN BE DONE AT THE COUNTER by the account owner himself and not online banking which without owner's signature.
.
2. Something fishy and lie. This things only can happen and been done by the bank staff themselve. My friend had said that he has never applied and used online banking. Why there is suddenly an online transaction?
.
3. We had advised that friend to report police but I'm not sure and don't know why he doesn't want to.
.
4. Even bank is insecure and can't be trust now! What should we do? Put our money under the pillow or burried at the back of our house?
.
I hate to know this kind of case which we are hard to fight. Pity my friend, salary been banked in to that account and now it's all gone.

BOOKSHOP IS JUST NEAR BY

When I just started working here, my x-collegues told me that I'm going to spend more money soon coz of my office location will be just on the top of a shopping mall. Oh yeah I was worry too. When I started working in my new place, 1st few months was not as same as what they and I expected. I became more budget and saving, may be because of I'm bored to see the things selling in the mall everyday + thank god, all my current collegues are those who don't shop much. Well, most of them are quite veterant, they only spend for their house hold and no one influence me to shop miscelleneous things here. xoxo.. That is a good thing for me somehow..
.
I don't know, may be this is because of my new hobby? I'm not sure and I don't think this is my hobby. I just feel really bored and I want to work up my brain. Know what? I became a regular visitor to the book shops!
.
.
Oh gosh.. Do you know what's in my mind now? I just feel like to buy whole adult books in the book shop but, book isn't cheap! I'd promised to myself to read more books than last year and I think it's better to buy a good book rather than shop dresses and shoes. Yes I better cut down my shopping on fashion expenses.
.
Here are the books I bought yesterday.
.
.
Content for the two front books are only quotation. Really meaningful and good quotation. It doesn't have direct words or sentence in it and this can make my brain working and think more. Just shared one quote I'd read last night,
.
'When you determine what you want, you have make an important decision in your life.'
.
Oh yes, I know what I want in my life, I'm chasing it now. I work on it and meaning to say I had made a decision for my life. hmmm..
.
Another book is introducing the speciality and knowledge about Tamu in Sabah. Look at inside the book, it's color printed and worth to buy!
.
.
I'm proud to be a Sabahan somehow I admit that I still don't know much thing about Sabah. The above book is talking about Tamu in Sabah. Some people might think that it's very common and nothing special about Tamu.
.
Actually that is the speciality about Sabah and Tamu is going to change and disappear soon because of the development. Can you see any interesting Tamu in the city? Gaya street example, anything special selling there? It's all selling mordern things and current Tamu outside the city is changing to sell mordern stuff from time to time too. The tradisional one going to disappear and been forgoten.
.
The following photo are the books that I'd bought this month. >_<>
.
.
Just want to share one more interesting info from a book I'd read last few weeks. We know that current and ancient Chinese people eating noodles and rice with chopstick, but do you know that ancient Chinese people eating porridge with chopstick too? LOL. I can't imagine but it's true and I was surprise to know that too.
.
Now, read more books than last year so that we know more things. ;)

* All men want a woman with large breasts.
Not true. A small percentage of men must have a woman with big breasts. Most men like breasts of all shapes and sizes. Some men prefer small breasts.

* All men want a woman who looks like a model.
Not true. A small percentage of men must have a woman who looks like a model. Men have specific tastes that include women of all different shapes, sizes, and looks. Not true. Most men will make several attempts to have sex, but it’s not an absolute necessity. Men try to have sex because of physical/sexual need and male pride. It’s as if it’s their duty as a man to try. Men are often relieved when a women says no because the pressure is off to demonstrate their masculinity. They are also frequently intrigued when a woman says no! Their first instinct is that they have found a quality woman. If a woman gives in too quickly, she’s lost the opportunity to gain respect. Her ability to be loyal may come into question as well.

* All men will not give a woman what she wants unless she’s a bitch!
Not true! A woman who is a bitch will eventually get her man to build her a house. But a woman who is a princess will inspire her man to build her a castle!

What kind of my man I like, is really as stated in the above. I'm glad that my bf more and less has those criteria. ;) but of course, not 'so secure' coz most of ladies would love these kind of guy. xoxo..

I'M OLD

How old am I?
.

This question arise in my mind lot of time this recently. I forgoten my age for the most of my time and now I'm trying to remind and warn myself. Realize that I'm not young anymore but I believe that I'm still young. LOL.. Yeah I have nothing yet with my age now except my career, but I suppose to achieved more things at this age. I just feel like I'm still at the age of early 20'. Somehow..
.
Caution: do not laugh at me on this. Only me myself allowed to laugh at myself.
.
1. I've just registered on SPR to become a Malaysian voter YESTERDAY. LOL.. Ok I know I'm old enough now and suppose to register and went election since looooong time ago. To date, I'd missed out two (2) election in Malaysia. I'd registered now but to be frank, I don't know how to vote! LOL.. Next, I'm going to ask my dad how to vote.
.
2. I received a phone call from my bro last night and he have given me a very sharp advice.

"You are not young anymore. If you are thinking to have commitment by enggage and marry, then don't wait too long. It's right time now and try to become a mother before your age of 30. No matter how strong and healthy you are, having 1st baby after age 30 is very risky and tiring."
.
??!!
.
LOL. Ok thanks bro for the advice, respect, concern, understanding and support. You are a cool bro and seems like you all have smelled something on me. I'm really proud and feel touched on all of you. It just that what bro said is really made me think again, how old am I now?

EMO..

Life is full with up and down. No body has no problem. Older 1 will stay calm and younger 1 normally will always complaint and speak out their problem. Some say, tiger year is just not a good year for them. I've no comment on that, it's just March now and still a long way to end the year. Facebook is so popular now adays and people tent and love to post what they feel through the shout out. I'm nearly posted something in the facebook too but I'm secretive enough. + I saw more and more people spit out their problem, made me just feel like I don't need to do that way & I'm lucky enough. Yes I know and realize that I'm luckier than most of people but things is just not on my side this recently. Strategy and arrangement for few things are messy and incorrect. No one knows what had happen to me and only my heart is crying. I'm not going to tell what is happening anyway. Question marks is full in my mind. I'm tired to get worry and sad, and just wanna stop thinking about anything. My life will totally change very soon and I'm not sure either it will be better or worse. Am I ready for the changes? I don't think so.
.
Other than bad news, of course I've heard good news from some friends too. Few of my friends just met their new mate, someone is just dating with a Canadian guy and I just knew that my x-boss has get enggaged. I'm happy to hear that and congrats to them.
.
Well, I know this post is a bit emo. Purpose of this post has nothing but just hoping that god bless and protect everyone. 95% is effort and 5% is luck. I only help for the 5% invisible-ly, now go work hard for the 95 more percent.
.
God Bless Everyone..

IT'S BEAUTIFUL DAY

A blind boy sat on the steps of a building with a hat by his feet. He held up a sign which said: “I’m blind, please help.” There were few coins in the hat.

A man was walking by. He took a few coins from his pocket and dropped them into the hat. He then took the sign, turned it around and wrote some words. He put the sign back so that everyone who walked by would see the new words.

Soon the hat began to fill up. A lot more people were giving money to the blind boy. That afternoon the man who had changed the sign came to see how things were. The boy recognized his footsteps and asked. “Were you the one who changed my sign this morning? What did you write?”

The man said, “I only wrote the truth. I said what you said but in a different way.”

I wrote: “Today is a beautiful day but I cannot see it.”

Both sign told peple that the boy was blind. But the first sign simply said the boy was blind. The second sign told people that they were so lucky that they were not blind.

Moral of the story: Be thankful for what you have. Enjoy your day with a heart of gratitude.

THIS IS 'FAIR'

I bought a magazine last few days, and found that the magazine offer the previous publication by selling it with a cheaper price. Oh yeah I'm interested to have the previous publication I think, just fill in the form, name, address, pay by using bank draft or money order, then the company will sent the magazine to our mailing address. But I was surprise to see this..
.

Everything, I repeat. EVERYTHING in Sabah is more expensive than Peninsular. Why? As always been told, it's because of the price for 'everything' in Sabah has included the transportation fee. hmm.. Now, from the above schedule I'd captured from the said magazine, PRICE OF THE BOOK are DIFFERENT, and then it plus DIFFERENT DELIVERY CHARGES! What the hell?! I can accept and understand the delivery charge, Sabah is farer but why the original price for the magazine still have differences? It should be same price as Peninsular because delivery been charged differently!

I'm not going to order then. I just really feel like to complaint this to the related authority. This is so unfair and poor Sabah & Sarawak been taken advantage like this. *&^%$#@!!

WORKING HARD

This photo not taken by me, I'd copied it from fb. Somehow, just share it with you here.

This guy is a porter at Mount Kinabalu. He and few of the group members doing this job since long time ago. They bring thing such as this big and heavy tank from flat land to the middle top of the mountain everyday; while normal people climb the mountain once, come back home flat on the bed and can't walk for almost one week. We've been so pampered.
.
I actually feel touch with this guy and this photo. Just look at people like them, they are so hardworking and look for money in very right way. Seems like no "tired" or "hardship" word in their dictionary. They are loyal and willing to work under this condition of job for a very long time. Of course we don't know how much they'd been paid with this kind of job, may be high salary we don't know but.. I just don't know how to explain.. I just can say that most of us had been pampered and made us has a bad habit where we want everything in comfort.
.
Gosh I just feel like I really want to help this kind of people. They work so hard.
