COUNT DOWN TO NEW YEAR

Counting down to new year? Just same like I said end of last year, I’m not excited for the New Year. Overall I love year 2010 eventhough this entire year really stress me up and down but New Year still doesn’t really mean a new beginning. It’s just a number changing and all outstanding will be bring forward to another year.

2010, quite a big life changes and life challenges to me but I still loving it. It will be really memorable. I know I didn’t achieve much, but it was great to refresh back what had happened on me for the entire 2010.

Achievement:

1.

I get a good job with a great salary but at the end I’d resigned from it.

2.

I’d moved out from a place that I felt like hell. Sorry I know I’m so cruel and not worth to say this way at all but that was what I really felt for more than 4 years.

3.

I’d moved to a better place than previous one but… should I tell more? Sigh.

4.

Get married in a simple way yet a lot of gossips. LOL. Oh I love those people.

5. Business has been handed over to other people and now I’m wonder and still waiting when can I get back my capital. Eheem..

6.

Wardrobe for this year are more to pregnant mummy outfit.

7.

Staying in my hometown for a long time and spend lot of wonderful times with my lovely family. ^_^ I like!

8.

Experienced having a cute little baby, my greatest therapy. ^_^

9.

From a career women change to a full time modern mummy. Modern? Blueeekk.. LOL. My baby is my boss now, I’d tried to change myself and I’d learn a lot from it.

10. I'd gain back my original weight same as before I get pregnant. ;)

11. I’ve a new boring hobby - reading. Yes I’d read more books than previous year. Yaaayyy…

What I’d planned but not achieve:

1. Renew passport – no vacation so no renew.

2. Vacation - due to having little one but it’s ok. ^_^

3. Own a laptop or desktop computer with internet connection – no fixed stay place and I have internet to use for the whole day in office before.

4. Expand business - due to business had been hand over to others in the middle road.

5. Change my old and outdated handphone. Poor me I’m still using the same handphone as 3 years ago – I’m aiming a good quality but expensive phone. No enough money and I don’t like to get ccm just for a handphone. My phone is really outdated yet still very good condition and still can be use.

6. Buy a new TV for my parents - today’s plasma TV selling in the market are really in a big screen size and doesn’t fit our old fashion TV cabinet at all.

7. Having my own house – when my salary is increase, property’s price is increase too. Shit.

Bohoohooo to me.. I'm totally not a good example.

Writing or talk about resolution or plan is so simple but actually its need time to achieve. Yes for me really need a long time to achieve coz I have to work hard myself for everything I want. I'm not rich. I accepted that I’m going through my mid life crisis stage at the moment but I’m still very happy and feel thankful for everything. I enjoy the whole process.

2011:

I was studied in peninsular before, transfer back to Sabah 5 years ago. I thought that my transfer will end my life in Sabah but no. I’m going out Sabah again very soon in next year and that will change my current life again. Will it be better? Nobody knows. My goal is still the same no matter where am I somehow I’m still thinking on how my plan is going to be for next year, coz I will be in different place and environment. So for 2011, I’m still doing my listing but I didn’t say that I will publish it here. Hah.. There is one thing for sure I will really sad about, I’m going to be far away from my family (my parents, siblings and niece) again. Sob sob..

No matter what, I’m always happy with my life. I'm glad and believe that my life is far more better than most of people out there. Just take the opportunity here to appologize for those I've ever hurt, given trouble and offended. I know they are some. Really sorry and not forgetting to THANKS to those who have ever came or walk through together with me in my life. I love you all. So here,

Wishing everyone Happy New Year and God Bless Everyone always.. Cheers ~

A FUN DAY

Hi everyone, how was your Christmas holiday this year?

For me it was fun and all my sis and their family has took their opportunity to come back hometown. Oh yes it means my mom's house was full.

Actually we don't really celebrate Christmas but since I'm here this year, so me and my nieces organized exchange gift. Everyone planned to come back, my niece organized bbq. Oh well it's always a good news for adult coz it means let the kids cook, we adult don't need to cook. LOL. But who knows it's wrong. Letting them to cook actually letting us more busier coz everywhere is more messy.

Yellow watermelon for juice.

BBQ under the durian tree.

Chicken wing, popato, sweet corn, egg plant, sausagge, prawn ball, sweet potato, big onion ect..

Good, everyone doing their task by blended watermelon juice and preparing salad. We adult just waiting to be serve. =)

It's normal to eat before their works done, while we adult is hungry and still waiting to be serve. At the end we still have to cook to ourself. -_-

This is what the kids excited for. We had showed the present for few days and everyone can't wait for it. LOL. Somehow I didn't manage to capture the moment when everyone get and opened their present. It's really crowded and noisy I tell ya.

This is what we get after I opened it. The snowman still in the plastic is mine. Thanks sis.. I'd ever said that I love decoration thingy and I really get one. ^_^ Me loike! And the other 3 things are belong to my baby's. xoxo.. Yeah my baby doesn't understand anything but I'm happy for her and will let her know when she grown up.

Yay it's a fun day somehow, because of the house is too full, too many people, too many kids and everyone was busy,

This is good.. We only realize this after everyone went back home and we totally have no idea which elephant has actually done this. Hmm.. So where should I sleep tonight?

On the floor.

HAPPY WINTER SOLSTICE

Today is Winter Solstice Festival.

Happy Winter Solstice Festival to all chinese who celebrate it. Photo above I was holding a plate of uncooked tang yuan which is the main food for the festival, with the ugly background I know.

Oh well someone is busy with it too.. xoxo..

As I'd mentioned last year, winter solstice actually is celebrating the 'ying' by chinese people. 22nd December for every year is the day which is the coolest, and has the shortest day time and longest night time for the entire year. Because of chinese believe in ying and yang, this is why winter solstice is special and 'ying' been celebrated. Normally chinese cut their hair before this festival, and not before chinese new year. ;)

Yummy Tang Yuan..

Yuan means round. During this festival, it's all about the gathering of family members, having meal in a round table. Nothing is more precious than being with our family. So, Happy Winter Solstice, love our family and always spend more time with them. ;)

CHEAP EXERCISE

If we are sexy when single, people will compliment:

"Wow! Hot Chicks!"

If we are sexy after giving birth, people will compliment more:

"Wow hot mama! Doesn't look like a mother with 2."

LOL. I'm not a hot mama but at least I've totally gain back my original weight as before I'd got pregnant 1 year ago. Oh yeah original weight doesn't mean original shape. LOL. That is why I need exercise. As I always said, I don't have a prefect nor sexy body but I know I'm healthy and I always maintain my exercise. I know I'd rest too much this lately, I mean lack of exercise since 4 months ago.

I'd slowly started my exercise again by doing house core and slow walk. Walk up the hill to town once a week just to buy my baby's milk powder, approximately 25 minutes walking journey from home. Sometimes borrow my niece's bicycle and cycling around the house compound but there is one thing that I hate, their bicycle doesn't have breaks. -_-"

Now then I'm trying to start some more extreme exercise such as running and jumping. So here I'm sharing some kampung style of exercise tools. I don't know about others but this really recall my childhood, one of my kampung game when I was a kid. Today's kid doesn't play this type of game, I have 11 nieces and 1 nephew but none of them know how to play it. It's rubber band rope skipping.

First of all, I just need recycle rubber band as much as I can. I still remember I always can't escape to be scolded by my mom because of stealing her recycle rubber band in my old days.

To start it, just putting the rubber band into one another.

Continue the step by putting it into one another until it's getting longer and longer.

When it's long enough, just tight the last rubber band at the end of it.

Ignore the ugly feet.
The length of the rubber band is suit for my height and now I have a cheap rubber band as a rope skipping for me to do my exercise.. ^_^ Kampung style but it works..
,
.
Really sorry for the poor explaination and happy bexercise. xoxo..

OH TURTLE...

I'm sorry this is neither a good news nor good post.
.
.

RIP Mr. Turtle.
.
Chinese believe that having a turtle in a house is very good feng shui while a turtle die is really bad feng shui. Anyway, I don't totally 100% believe in feng shui.
.
Our pet, such a beautiful and unique turtle has just died recently. :( sob sob.. Anyone know where can I get such same type of turtle to replace?

CHRISTMAS MOOD

I know everyone is in christmas mood at the moment especially those who are celebrating, I'm in that mood too so I'm writting an entry about it. I'm not sure where will I celebrate my christmas this year. Actually I'm not celebrating it, it's my husband celebrating it somehow seems like he unable to get away from work during the season this year. sob sob..

I'm still in my hometown at the moment. My family not celebrating christmas however, my sis married to a christian too so my nieces celebrating it. I love christmas among all the seasons I tell ya. I love christmas decoration and soft christmas song. ^_^ for me christmas is so warm in a family gathering. Ok I'd said that last year and I repeat it again this year. But one thing that really make me worry is, Christmas is only one day and after Christmas means ANOTHER NEW YEAR! Oh gosh time pass so fast and I'm geting older! There's still lot of things that I havent achieve! Shit.. Pause the time please..

OK kids is always excited with Christmas and a small christmas tree had been set up in my mum's house. Can you believe the above christmas tree + decoration + light only cost below RM50? That's really cheap. The kids come to my mum's house everyday, that is why all the decoration had been done here instead of in their own house. It's school holiday tho and I believe this coming christmas will be a blast for us. I mean the kids. We are planning to have some activities for the kids during christmas and exchange gift of course. My name and my baby's name in! Wheeeee... ^_^ I'm not a kid but joining it make me feel more younger. LOL.

Niece: "Baby Xiomira doesn't know anything about christmas, and she don't know to buy gift."

Me: "I buy on behalf of her of course."

Niece: "So can we put the cat's name in?"

Me: Duh.

A yellow cat in my mum's house.

Budget is around RM15-RM20. We had picked a name, who should we give the present to. So I get the name tuuuuut and tuuuut for my baby. LOL. I raftly know who get my name. xoxo.. and I heard someone talking to my baby: "Xiomira, do you like red long pants? If yes then smile to me.."

LOL.

My baby blur and ignore it of course, did her own things without understand what had been asked. Well, I'd given a hint. Just 1 set t-shirt with long pants for her is good enough, I need that for my baby. xoxo.. And she seems like prefer purple more than other color. I might be wrong but I like purple too. LOL. No I prefer apple green color for her. It's cute and suitable for baby boy too (who knows my 2nd child will be a boy :p). But I know baby's thingy are mostly pink and blue so just let the sender to decide.

As for me, I'm not sure what I wish for. I like decoration thingy somehow it's not that suitable coz I'm going to move soon so just let the sender to surprise me. May be they have a better idea. ^_^ Lastly, will it too early to wish everyone Merry Christmas now? xoxo.. Okay, season greeting from me in advance.

I LOVE U MOM AND DAD

This post is a bit emo. xoxo.. Saw my friend posted it in fb, really touching. Now I get it from youtube and pasted here to share with you all.

Older people are sensitive when they are getting more older. So do my own parents, and I'm getting older too. Today's kids are different from my old days due to the different generation and their current life style. I've ever saw young kids who don't respect senior citizens even to their own granma and grandpa. How sad is that.. Yeah may be they are still small and don't understand lot of things but that is really sad and I personally feel annoying.

I just hope that one day my child understand and will respect their parents and grandparents.
